These Terms of Service (“TOS”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “You”) and HIOX.com (“HIOX”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Services immediately.
1. Scope
These TOS govern your use of all HIOX services, including but not limited to web hosting, domain registration, cloud infrastructure, SaaS products and applications, APIs, integrations, and related services.

2. Account & KYC/eKYC
- Provide accurate registration details and maintain account security.
- Indian Customers: HIOX requires eKYC verification (Aadhaar-based or equivalent via authorized providers).
- Non-Indian Customers: HIOX may require traditional KYC (passport, company registration, utility bill).
- Failure to complete KYC/eKYC may result in suspension or termination.
3. License to Use Services
HIOX grants a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for internal business or personal purposes. Resale, redistribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited unless expressly authorized.
4. Fees & Payments
- Fees are payable in advance.
- Payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise by HIOX.
- Services may be suspended or terminated for late or non-payment.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
- No illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
- No infringement of intellectual property rights.
- No malicious activity (spam, malware, DDoS).
- Zero tolerance for content involving child sexual abuse.
6. Data Ownership & Access
- Ownership: All data uploaded by you remains your property.
- HIOX Rights: You grant HIOX a limited license to (i) host and store your data, (ii) copy or migrate your data within our systems for backups, scaling, or continuity, and (iii) access your data only when required for support, maintenance, or compliance.
- Disclosure: HIOX will not disclose your data to third parties, except when required by law or valid government/legal requests.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks on HIOX.com are owned by HIOX or its licensors. Do not copy, reproduce, or exploit them without written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” HIOX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
HIOX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Liability is capped at fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Service Modifications
HIOX may modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
11. Termination
- You may terminate by ceasing use.
- HIOX may suspend/terminate for violations, non-payment, or legal obligations.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These TOS are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject exclusively to the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
