Addendum C – Third-Party Content & Integrations

This Addendum governs Customer content and integrations with third-party services used alongside HIOX offerings.

1. Customer Content

  • Customer is responsible for the legality and rights (including licenses) of any third-party content uploaded or used.
  • Customer must not upload content that violates laws, third-party rights, or the AUP.

2. Integrations

  • HIOX Services may integrate with third-party APIs or platforms (e.g., email, storage, identity providers).
  • By enabling an integration, Customer consents to the necessary exchange of data with such third parties.
  • Customer is responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms and privacy policies.

3. Disclaimer

HIOX is not responsible for downtime, errors, or data loss attributable to third-party providers. Remedies, if any, are limited to those made available by the third party.
