1. Overview
This policy governs how cancellations and refunds are handled for products and services purchased from HIOX.com. By making a purchase, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. Cancellation
- To cancel any service, you must email us at support@hiox.com from your registered email address, stating your service details and the reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation stops future renewals and billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund (see Refund Eligibility).
- For security, we process cancellation requests only from the account’s registered contact. We may request additional verification.
- The effective cancellation date is the timestamp when your email reaches our mailbox or, if verification is needed, when verification is completed.
3. Refund Eligibility
Key principle: Hosting plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided there is no violation of our Terms of Service. After this period, hosting plans are non-refundable except in cases of verified technical issues caused by HIOX.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Hosting plans after 7 days (unless unresolved, verified service issues caused by HIOX).
- Domains once registered or renewed.
- Services/products already delivered, activated, downloaded, or consumed.
- Customer error, change of mind, or incompatibility with third-party applications.
- Violations of Acceptable Use or Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, spam, prohibited content).
- Setup, migration, or other non-recurring fees after setup has started.
5. Refund Process
- Email your refund request to support@hiox.com with order/transaction ID and reason.
- For hosting issues, our technical team will investigate. If the issue is verified to be on HIOX’s side and remains unresolved after escalation, a refund may be approved.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your provider (typically 5–10 business days).
6. Cancellation Process
- From your registered email, compose an email to support@hiox.com with the subject “Cancel Service – Service Name / Order ID”.
- Include: customer name, registered email, service type, domain (if any), order/transaction ID, and reason for cancellation.
- We will acknowledge your request and may seek verification. Services remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless you request immediate termination.
7. Policy Updates
HIOX.com may amend this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
