Addendum F – Account Access & Delegation Policy

1. Delegation

• Customer may grant scoped access to staff or partners using dashboard features.
• Delegated users must have unique credentials; credential sharing is prohibited.

2. Responsibility

• Customer remains responsible for all actions taken by delegated users.
• Customer must promptly revoke access that is no longer required.

3. Compliance

Delegated users are bound by the Universal TOS and applicable Addendums.

4. Logs

Where available, HIOX may provide activity logs or audit trails; retention and scope may vary by service.
