Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to web hosting services, including domain registration, DNS, email configuration, and website hosting. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve technical issues. Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and support activities in the ticketing system.

Manage Linux and Windows servers, both physical and virtual (VMware/Hyper-V/KVM). Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems, and applications. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply timely fixes. Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies. Ensure network security, patch management, and compliance with company policies. Automate server tasks using scripts Maintain and monitor firewall, DNS, DHCP, mail servers, and web hosting environments.
