Responsible for providing technical support to clients / customers. Collaborate / coordinate with other teams in identifying / resolving customer issues. Communicate and solve customers' problems via phone, email, live chat and face-to-face meetings. Act as a consultant and offers solutions for customers' needs. Provide timely revert / updates / notifications to customers. Handling Calls, resolving tickets, following internal process & keeping self-updated*.
